What the Huck?

 

So I Early on, before ANYBODY even heard of the guy, I had my eye on Mike Huckabee. However lately, the guy seems to be EVERYWHERE. In fact in the past 2 months, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee went from the bottom of the barrel in terms of the Republican candidates, to only 2.3% behind Rudy Guliani in the national polls. The thing that sucks though is as follows: Before his “rise to fame” Mr. Huckabee seemed to be the perfect guy to become the next president. He was sincere with his words and regardless of whether you agreed with his thoughts or not…You can tell he was just a simple man, that deeply meant EVERYTHING he said. What else could you want besides a average normal guy in charge instead of some dollar pushing, big timing, politician. However what disappoints me though is that it seems that with his newly found fame and surging in the polls, that sincereness is fading and he’s becoming like just another politician a little more everyday. I mean i still like the guy, and I hope that I am wrong, but I guess the only way TO get anywhere in politics is to become a politician instead of a 100% straight-forward honest guy.
